This years’ theme for Stress Awareness Month is Regaining Connectivity, Certainty and Control.
Research has shown that 65% of people in the UK have felt more stressed than ever this since the Covid-19 restrictions began last March.; The causes are all linked to the feelings of disconnection, the uncertainty we have all faced, and a loss of control.
